A Little Bit About Me
Assalam walaikum, Im an Indian immigrant from Hyderabad, India, freshly off the boat, a qualified Pharmacist working towards getting his Pharmacy license to practise in the US. I jog to keep myself healthy, but lately havent been doin it bcos all the chemical equations and pharmacology scare me away in the park, so I jus prefer staying at home studyin. Im new here in CA and Im traveling like crazy. Currently working in San Jose in sales because they won't let me step in into a pharmacy without a license! I can eat, sleep, and live in practically any place I want to!! I live life at my own pace, and if I do find someone really interesting I wud get married rite away.
I dont smoke, I dont drink, but I love traveling, meeting/talkin to strangers, ppl from different backgrounds has given me a broader, cosmopolitan outlook towards life. I have been traveling a bit, actually all over South East Asia, Europe, and the Gulf, over the past few years. My ideal job would be what Anthony Bourdain does, but since thats too idealistic, I'll be happy with what I can manage. I love reading, an amatuer photographer. And as you can see, I write a bit, mostly travelogues, blogging about anything under the sun. Havent been traveling lately, feel very domesticated, and I get to help ammi in the kitchen in my free time. Im a huge hit with kids, very accomodating of all types of interesting characters Allah has blessed us with. I live an uncluttered life, no hangups, no false ego, non-manipulative, no issues with any living being on Earth, no excess baggage weighing on my soul, and Im a listener (do you know what that means) Yea and I also like eating exotic foods in cheap restaurants, cos thats where the best food is made!
I am looking to talk to someone already in the United States, as I am an immigrant here and it will take a few years for you to get here if you are out of the US right now. The key here is communication and I intend to get married soon.
I cant promise the world nor do I have a shining armor, and Im not a prince, but I can guarantee full control of the remote and long rides to some place else. I will be a witty and an erudite companion, and Im not jus another typical desi, so give it a shot and touch base with me.

What I Am Looking For
Nobody is perfect, Im not perfect, so I dont expect you to be perfect either, but we grow, learn, become someone who aspires or tries to be a better Muslim/human being, make life a little better, easier, work on things that matter most. Im looking for someone that completes the Yin and Yang for me, looking for someone who is basically, at the real heart of it, funny, humorous, lives the moment, intellectually curious, someone who enjoys a good book, good food, loves or atleast likes travelin. Someone who is working, not too self-centered, snobby, someone religious, regular with salat or at least makes an effort, keeps food halal, easygoing fasts, follows the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), and your financial status will have no bearing on this decision, its all bout character, and your faith n belief in Allah (swt).
